FAQs
Your questions answered here
How long does delivery take?
As we operate on a print on demand basis, items can take a little longer to be despatched. All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If for any reason you have not received dispatched notification within this time please contact us using our contact form.
Can I return my item if I don’t like it?
We would hope that because of the quality of our products there is no need for our customers to return them. However we understand that from time to time you may want to return your items. For returns, your normal statutory rights apply which can be viewed in our full returns policy.
How do I return items for recycling?
We use a partner company to recycle all our garments into new ones.
Remill is a technology and service designed to keep good material in use and flowing. Material is recovered and remanufactured into new products.
When items wear out, customers scan a QR code on the label to send them back. In return, they get store credit to spend on the future purchase of a circular economy product.
You can also send back any 100% cotton items from your wardrobe to our Remill partner at remillfibre.com (excluding denim and underwear) and we will remake it into new clothing, giving you credit on their store in return.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes we do! Sustainability is at the heart of our brand. All our packaging is either plastic free or made using a biodegradable alternative.

If your country isn't showing in the list, sadly, we cannot ship to this location.
In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it's normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.
The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to.
We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.

How sustainable are your products?
We take the procurement of sustainable products extremely seriously. We source all our apparel range from our manufacturing partners; Teemill. Teemill is an award winning circular design manufacturing chain. All their products are made from certified organic cotton, powered by renewable energy and every product is designed to come back to their manufacturing houses when it’s worn out. They then remake these items into their recycled cotton range. By ensuring we have one certified sustainable manufacturer in our apparel supply chain, we can ensure that all our apparel range is part of a closed loop sustainable cycle.
